Payments

100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. Your spot on the tour is guaranteed only after the full payment is successfully received.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the reason. In case of unforeseen cancellations by The Nature Narratives (e.g., due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events), we will attempt to reschedule the tour or provide a credit for a future tour. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Tour Modifications

The Nature Narratives reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or substitute locations, guides, or accommodations in the event of unforeseen circumstances. While we will strive to ensure the best possible experience, certain wildlife sightings or experiences cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and The Nature Narratives will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides during safaris and activities. Any disregard for instructions may result in removal from the tour without compensation.

Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, guides, and local communities. The Nature Narratives reserves the right to remove individuals who engage in inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive behaviour.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies or accidents during the tour.

Photography and Content

By participating in our tours, you agree to allow The Nature Narratives to use any photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such material, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.

Force Majeure

The Nature Narratives will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.

Legal

The Nature Narratives, its employees, and partners will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants agree to undertake all activities at their own risk. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
