Experience 4 exciting safaris over two nights with full itinerary support. It is the most preferred retreat by families and groups.

Itinerary

Day 1

• Check-into lodge around 11:30 AM, and relax a bit.

• Meet for lunch at 1:00 PM.

• Leave for evening safari by 2:00 PM - Back to the lodge by 6:00 PM.

• Snacks and drinks around the fire followed by a delicious dinner and off to bed early.

Day 2

• Meet at the lobby at 5:15 am for tea/coffee.

• Leave for morning safari by 5:30 am. Breakfast along with hot tea/coffee in the jungle.

• Get back to the lodge by noon, have some time to rest.

• Meet for lunch at 1:00 PM.

• Leave for evening safari by 2:00 PM - Back to the lodge by 6:00 PM.

• Snacks and drinks around the fire followed by a delicious dinner and off to bed early.

Day 3

• Morning safari and breakfast in the jungle.

• Goodbyes and checkout post-lunch.

Inclusions & Exlusions

Inclusions

• GST as applicable

• Transportation by Swift Dzire/Innova Crysta.

• Accommodation.

• 3 meals per day and tea/coffee and evening snacks.

• Safari Permits.

• Professional fees.

• Safaris as indicated on the itinerary.

• Transfers from the airport to the lodge and vice versa.

• Transfers from lodge to safari gates and vice versa.

Exclusions

• Flight/train tickets.

• Camera Fees at safari gates

• Alcoholic beverages and packaged soft drinks.

• Tips, Laundry, personal snacks etc.

• All other expenses not mentioned in the “inclusions” above will have to be borne as additional expenses by the participants.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

• 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Your spot on the tour is guaranteed only after the full payment is successfully received.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellation by the participant, regardless of the reason.

• In case of unforeseen cancellations by Nature Narratives (e.g., due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events), we will attempt to reschedule the tour or provide a credit for a future tour. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Tour Modifications

• The Nature Narratives reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or substitute locations, guides, or accommodations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• While we will strive to ensure the best possible experience, certain wildlife sightings or experiences cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and Nature Narratives will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Guest must follow all safety instructions provided by guides during safaris and activities. Any disregard for instructions may result in removal from the tour without compensation.

Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. Nature Narratives reserves the right to remove individuals who engage in inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

Travel Insurance

• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including medical emergencies, or accidents during the tour.

Photography and Content

• By participating in our tours, you agree to allow Nature Narratives to use any photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such material, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.

Force Majeure

• Nature Narratives will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation issues.

Legal

• Nature Narratives, its employees, and partners will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants agree to undertake all activities at their own risk.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

• Nature Narratives reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date terms will apply at the time of booking.
